News going around is that [REC]2 could possibly see a theatrical run, we do stress possibly. Bloody-Disgusting was told by Magnolia Pictures that the claustrophobic nightmare known as [REC]2 could be in theaters this July, not a lock yet but it's something to stay focused on if you were shit-crazy about the original film. With that being said, the plans are still intact to have the DVD released this October.
