Milla Jovovich on her twitter said: this will be a nice early look at the 3-D sequel that brings Paul W.S. Anderson back behind the camera for one final adventure for ALice before the franchise is rebooted.
Plot synopsis: Resident Evil: Afterlife picks up right after the ending of the third film. Alice teams up with a group of survivors who have been hiding since the T-Virus outbreak, one of them survivors is Claire's brother Chris Redfield.

Im so sick of the RE franchise, cant wait for a reboot that will be much closer to the original game
I agree with you there Carl. I don't think there was much thought that went into the first film, therefore each additional ones were out of line compared to the games.
